Prior to working in the Travel industry, Charlotte worked in the Healthcare market in both Sales and customer service. Travelling regularly for business throughout Europe on a weekly basis has given her insight into the demands on the business traveller. She then moved into the software industry and again travelled this time globally for her job in a sales capacity.

Matthew has worked in the travel industry since 2004, travel is his passion and it just seemed inevitable that this would be his career of choice. He works closely with clients to ensure all aspects of their travel requirements and standards are fulfilled, over the years he has built up some great relationships. His approach to work is simple, the client is the number one priority and nothing is too much to ask when we offer a full travel management service (with the personal touch).
