We are independently owned and operated, but are also a member of Uniglobe Travel, the world’s largest single-brand travel management company. Uniglobe has over 750 offices in more than 63 countries across six continents with a combined turnover in excess of US$5 billion. In the UK specifically, UNIGLOBE is the 12th largest TMC with a total turnover in 2018 of £ 255 million.

With over 30 years’ experience within the travel industry. He is passionate about travel and providing his clients with an exceptional service. Lance previously worked for other UNIGLOBE agencies where he was awarded Global Manager of the Year, chosen from 750 agencies and was part of the team that won UK Agency of the Year.

Matthew Cook
Operations Manager
Matthew has worked in the travel industry since 2004; travel is his passion and it just seemed inevitable that this would be his career of choice. He works closely with clients to ensure all aspects of their travel requirements and standards are fulfilled, over the years he has built up some great relationships. His approach to work is simple, the client is number one priority and nothing is too much to ask when we offer a full travel management service (with the personal touch).

Paul Brand
Commercial Director
Paul has worked in the travel industry for more than 30 years, including managing the travel for Sony Music and Philips Electronics. He has vast experience in helping clients achieve the maximum benefit from their business travel and is adept at helping clients of all sizes develop Travel Programmes that deliver a real return on investment.

Sarah Goodson
Financial Director
Previously Sarah was a Finance Deputy Director at HM Courts and Tribunals Service (HMCTS), an executive agency of the Ministry of Justice led jointly by the Lord Chancellor (Secretary of State) and the Lord Chief Justice.
Since 2015 she was responsible for a number of high-profile and complex systems critical for the administration of the courts including the Financial Transaction Processing (FTP) Contract through which over £3bn of fees and fines income is processed annually (over 24 million transactions), and the Judicial and Public Office Holder payroll contract.
Sarah has strong leadership skills, is analytical as well as being pragmatic, with a significant focus on diversity and inclusion.
