Woburn Luxury Gift Fair
For the last several years Uniglobe Carter Travel has been a key sponsor of the Woburn Luxury Gift Fair.
This year over £18,000 was raised for the Keech Hospice. This Bedfordshire based Hospice provides care specifically for terminally ill children in Beds, Bucks and Herts, as well as for older terminally ill patients in the region.
So, a huge “THANK YOU” to everyone who visited the event.
UNIGLOBE continues to grow
2024 was a great year for UNIGLOBE International with a new €140million partner agency in Spain – VB Group, with key offices in Madrid, Barcelona and across Spain as well international offices in Mexico City and Monterrey – Mexico.
In December, we were invited to the prestigious Uniglobe Chairman’s Circle event, which was held in Guanacaste, Costa Rica, which I attended.
This annual meeting of the top Uniglobe agencies globally is a fantastic networking and sharing experience, with agencies from all over the world coming together to discuss how best to deliver truly groundbreaking Travel Management services and share the latest intelligence and trends in the industry, with key representatives from global airlines, hotel chains and technology providers.
Patrick Hooft, our Uniglobe EMEA president, had a shock one morning when he discovered a scorpion in his trouser pocket! I’ve never seen a Dutchman run so fast!
