It’s been a busy year so far, with a huge surge in travel for all sectors, with global business travel now exceeding pre-COVID figures.

Airlines are returning to destinations not serviced since 2020 and introducing new routes. There have been new airlines such ITA operating as the new Italian national carrier, and Global Airlines set to join the airlines operating on the transatlantic route, from London to New York with the Airbus A380. The weather globally is keeping us on our feet, with floods in Dubai causing significant disruption along with the devastating flooding in Kenya, California and South Africa. Hotel chains are continuing to expand with many new properties opening around the world and some properties changing hands, such as The Grand Hotel in Brighton which has recently joined the Leonardo Royal 5-star group of hotels.
